“Excellent. I saw some reviews that left me wondering if this was a good or bad place but I had a great experience. I was greeted and helped immediately when I arrived and my prescription was filled within 10 minutes or less. (Faster than I could go buy a take home pizza next-door. ). The pharmacist came to the cashier to give me a bit of information and answered my questions. Could not have been a better experience. They also have some other neat stuff in the store.”
“Absolutely fantastic pharmacist !!! People have a variety of medical conditions and all they want is a pharmacy that will ask how you’re doing and most of all understand your health. The other pharmacy in town has the most unfriendly staff, and they aren’t compassionate or even kind. The owner sulks and doesn’t smile, instead looks at you with judgemental eyes, embarrassing you while speaking loudly about your medication in front of others. That’s why I love the IDA staff they are super respectful and have taken very good care of me. That’s a pharmacy. Maybe the others could learn something about making assumptions about their customers .Thank you IDA pharmacists you are amazing”

“Pharmacist Rami Khatib is the one kind humanistic person in my entire town who truly cares, and will talk to me about almost anything, but mostly about my medical issues. He is a wonderful sounding board and takes the time to flesh out issues and concerns with me to the point where I am at peace and can make informed and knowledgeable decisions about my health. The most complimentary thing I can say about anyone is that I would want them in my lifeboat with me. And I would want Rami Khatib him in my lifeboat any day! Rami is a big part of what makes living in Sechelt worthwhile for me.”
