Canada Post staff are friendly and great at explaining the process of things and how to get items from A to B. The post office in Shawnigan Lake is conveniently located and staff are welcoming, patient, and empathetic. They had to return items to the USA and were guided through the changed rules with great patience. However, they feel the staff could be more open about package details and avoid sending prepaid labels back.

They accept my parcels, but I feel bad about asking questions or sharing my concerns about package details when I just want feedback on how I’ve prepared packages. I get prepaid shipping labels and one was sent back to me; I feel like that could’ve been avoided if they were more open to the customer than speaking matter-of-factly.
