I had a great stay with this Best Western in Sicamous. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels/motels, I was checked in for a week and it was refreshing to be so comfortable while away from home. The rooms were very clean, toiletries well provided for, and the staff were very accommodating. And you never think much about continental breakfast’s, but here it was well thought out and you can tell effort is put in, making this place stand out from the rest.
That being said, the best part of my experience was the people. From the front desk, to the ladies in the kitchen, and all the staff managing the facilities, everyone was happy and welcoming. I hope this place never changes so I can come back in the future!
Rooms: Clean, variety of room sizes and options, good interior choices, toiletries well provided for.
Walkability: Walkable to nearby gas stations, fast food, and Tim Hortons.
Food and drinks: The continental breakfast is excellent compared to other hotels.
Noteworthy details: The staff put in effort here and it is noticeable.

Stayed at BW for 2 nights & was amazing
Room was clean , beds well done , staff were very friendly & accommodating. There was a coffee maker in the room , We had asked for Milk & kettle which was provided.
Free parking , lovely outdoor pool, would’ve been nice if the fireplace was lit as well.
Breakfast was good , the ladies Antoinette & Stacey were very friendly and courteous. Good customer service in all areas… reception/ lobby / room service/ breakfast area.
Would definitely come back !

We could access the bldg & room only with the access card provided.
Plenty of car parking space right in front of the room window.

Perfect experience, room for all 6 of us. Safe parking lot, quiet. Awesome front desk staff.
Rooms: One of the larger rooms, perfect for couple with 4 adult kids.

Arrived without a reservation and they had a ground level room available that I needed for my disabled husband. Super easy and quick.
Rooms: Two queen size beds, tv, desk, chairs, usb plug ins, fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Bathroom has everything you need!

We love this hotel. It's definitely our go to when it's available. the breakfast is simple but always has great quality seasonal fruit and a nice selection of hot food and cold.
We recently discovered the yard behind the hotel (after lots of years staying there), it's a really nice grassy area that backs on to the river.
Rooms and beds are always very clean and comfortable.
The staff has always gone above and beyond whenever we've special requests.
