The Eagle Valley Community Resource Centre is a great place in Sicamous, conveniently located. It is the local food bank and has a ton of community programs and resources. Friendly and helpful staff offer support with dignity and respect. They provide many resources for singles and families, including a dry good food shelf, the Farmer's Market Nutrition coupon program, counseling, and day programs.

Liz was especially kind, generous, thoughtful and helpful. She was welcoming and able to answer any inquiries I had. She knows her stuff. Great place to go if you are a family in need of resources, and you are treated with dignity and respect.

This place is the Sicamous food bank and has a ton of community programs and resources. Everything from pregnancy support, counseling support, and other education. Day programs for parents and children, and plenty of other resources.
