This place is the Sicamous food bank and has a ton of community programs and resources. Everything from pregnancy support, counseling support, and other education. Day programs for parents and children, and plenty of other resources.

Great little Community centre conveniently located behind the Legion off Main Street in Sicamous. Friendly staff. They have a lot of community contact information via flyers and booklets for singles and families. They run the Farmer's Market Nutrition coupon program as well as the Food Bank. They also offer a dry good food shelf for anyone in need.

I started in the beginning of November 2017 to see their Counselor Jen for depression and anxiety and she is by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She truly cares for her patients she went above and beyond in my opinion. I owe her a gratitude of thanks.
And before I helped out at the Food Bank handing out food hamsters and this place does a lot more for the community then people realize.
