Had a battery almost catch on fire from a dead cell was venting into the vehicle so I had to stop on the side of the highway immediately. Spoke with John from Napa and they were kind enough to bring a battery and tools to us on the side of the highway. Big thanks to Kevin for coming out to help us

Awesome staff. I pulled the grease nipple out of a new trailer jack i had bought, with the new grease gun i had bought due to lack of familiarity of the new style grease gun. Even though it was my fault, they installed a new grease nipple for me. 2 thumbs up.
