While I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at all the other stores in Sidney, this one was not a positive experience. I liked the lady in the store and this was probably why I didn't properly examine the tag on the coat I bought. She said it was wool. After I got it home I discovered it was barely wool at all. Not much more than polyester fleece. When I tried to return it I was not allowed to do so. I offered to allow a $10 penalty for return but was told "No".
