Lifestyle Select is located on the Saanich Peninsula on Vancouver Island, Sidney. It was established in 1996 and has been bringing the best in nutritional supplements to the residents of Sidney ever since. Even though Lifestyle Select is physically the smallest store out of all three – it doesn’t stop us from keeping it packed with hundreds of supplements, natural food items, gluten-free food, and natural body care products. You won’t be disappointed with the selection.
I’ve been shopping at this locations for many years and by far the BEST customer service! I always go with natural remedies first and they always find the right products for me. I wish I could give more stars… Kudos to all the wonderful people here. 100% recommend!

You will find anything you need for healthy living there. If you are not sure what you need, the guys there will happily advise you. Highly recommended.
