I have shopped at Lifestyle three times. All times three when I walked in to the store not one staff member acknowledged my entry or greeted me. There were 2 staff members chatting and stocking shelves. All three times I spent about 10-15 minutes looking for what I needed and I was the only person in the store at the time. Not one employee (2) approached me to ask if I needed help. When they saw me walk to the register they asked if I needed help. This was a little too late as I had found what what I was looking for without assistance and was quite annoyed. This to me was really bad customer service and I will never shop there again. This business is not a very customer friendly or helpful business. In my opinion, shop somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never have I ever been treated with such disregard and rudeness. This is the first time I feel compelled to write a review. A mistake was made on their part and I was charged for products I did not receive. I have yet to be given a refund, even though they say that the return was processed on their end. No apologies, just sorry we can't help you. If I could take anything back from our famiy vacation to Pender Island to visit grandparents, I would never have stopped in to Lifestyle in Sidney, trying to shop local, to pick up iron for my daughter. What a waste of time and money.

I was met with experienced and friendly service here today for my first time here having recently moved to Sidney. They also have a discount for seniors. It's great to support and shop locally.
