I moved over to this pharmacy about a year ago from a close "big chain" one with whom I lost all respect. What a difference! Peninsular IDA not only dispenses prescriptions (and do my jabs) but dispenses great caring customer service. You just feel valued!

I have never had such a positive experience at a pharmacy! Liza and Waverly both helped me get prepped for upcoming travels with my vaccinations, but I had a great experience with all staff at the pharmacy. The customer service I received was extremely kind, prompt and knowledgeable. I will continue to be a customer for many years to come.

Great little pharmacy with private owners who care about you as a person, The pharmacist reviewed my prescription and found a less expensive way to provide the same drug from the same company, contacted my GP to make sure she agreed to the change and saved me a bundle, wow what service

We started using Peninsula IDA on Bevan Ave to received our immunization shots. We have now moved all of our pharmacy business to this pharmacy. The staff are all very competent, friendly and helpful. We are already noticing the improved service and reduced stress because of their good communication and timely filling of prescriptions.

Sidney IDA is a great pharmacy with a helpful and friendly staff. Jack and Liza go the extra mile to make sure their customers are looked after. They have your back to ensure that prescriptions are accurate and will contact medical authorities if they believe there are errors. I will drive 23 kms to use this pharmacy rather than local pharmacies within a couple of kilometers.
