I switched my entire family over to IDA as our other pharmacy had extremely long wait times for Dr faxes and always seemed to be way too busy for any personalized attention. Peninsula IDA takes the time to explain things for our prescriptions and we never have too much of a wait in line. Additionally, our prescription refills are ready within a day via a quick email and within an hour or less for prescriptions we drop off. I highly, highly recommend Peninsula IDA and their wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful staff.

From the assistant with her caring attitude. The pharmacist with a clear and quick response. The Doctor was available in mere minutes and he was superb. Great staff always really helpful & patientNeeded antibiotics for an infected wasp sting.They arranged a phone appt with a doctor and the prescription was filled all within an hour :)
