I just want to add my review of the excellent customer service we experienced at Sidney Mattress, we bought our mattress 4 years ago and had a problem with it sagging. We phoned Doug who had us drop the mattress to the shop he sent away and the factory totally rebuilt the mattress and sent it back within 2 weeks, You just don't get service like this anymore and Doug should be prod of his store. I would not hesitate to recommend Sidney Mattress to anyone I talk to.

We got our new mattress here and we're very happy with it! Great service, Canadian products! I also like that there's only about three or four different types of mattresses! Less overwhelming. A great shopping experience!

I went here Dec 2021 to buy a box spring. The salesman was speaking with the only other customers in the store, telling them an unrelated long-winded story and ignoring me. I stood for over 10 minutes without an acknowledgement from the salesperson. The other CUSTOMER tried to stop interrupt the salesperson to help me. Long story short I left and went out of my way to go to find a used box spring instead from a private sale. A simple “hello” would have sufficed. I’ll get serviced better using an online company in the future.

I have had this adjustable bed for a year now and its a winner. Comfortable mattress, and neat unobtrusive base. Competitively priced, quality product. Customer service is excellent, even a year later.

I cannot say enough about the customer service at this store. Doug not only helped us find a suitable mattress for my daughter, he also had it delivered for free and came back to help me take apart her crib and assemble the new bed for her before she returned from school. My foot was in a cast so the help was so appreciated. His movers also helped me with a heavy dinning room piece while here. Now that is customer service!

Very friendly and not pushy, the manager worked with me to coordinate delivery to Colwood around both of our schedules. The mattress has been great so far, it's worth the trip to Sidney to check out the selection

My wife had a hip replacement as a result our matress was not working for her. We found one that she was comfortable with after trying several. The salesman was patient and informative price was not astronomicle She is now sleeping comfortably thanks Sidney Mattress
