They run Scene card promotions frequently. The latest gives you 1000 bonus points if you shop there three times in July and spend more than $75 each time. We just made our third trip, but we weren't given the bonus points. The employees had no idea about any of this, and given what they're probably paid, there's no reason why they should. But they get to handle the annoying questions about a system that was forced down every store's throat by a billionaire sipping Châteauneuf-du-Pape on a yacht. Best of all, someday their IT department will get hacked, and all of the personal information they harvest when people sign up for their Scene cards will be accessible to nice people in Russia or North Korea. Thanks for shopping at Thrifty's.

Went to this location around 5pm with my family. We are unfamiliar with the lay out, and we headed towards the large and marked automatic doors. As we entered we passed an employee gathering shopping carts, loudly speaking to a patron about "not knowing why, but people insist on going the wrong way. They just have to figure it out for themselves." We soon realized the corridor lead to the exit doors by the tills, which were "no entry". We turned around, and noted there were no signs, other then those directly on the exit doors. As we pass the employee who was collecting carts, my boyfriend stated "it would be helpful if there was better signage" to which the employee retorted with "Trying reading!". We were taken aback by the attitude exhibited by the employee. She choose to be rude and mock us rather than be helpful.
We walked away at this point. I felt no need to continue being berated, or to escalate the situation, especially in front of my 9 year old daughter.
Pretty disappointed, the whole experience could have been very different had the employee just pointed us in the right direction.

Would have been 5 stars except I have continued to have problems loading the Scene rewards. It sends me into a continuous loop, so I can't get the extra rewards for spending $75. I've called Scene but not helpful and they haven't given me any credit for the receipts that they asked me to email. Scene is a terrible program. They should not require Scene members to have to load specific offers. It's almost like they hope to minimize how many members they have to reward for shopping at Thrifty Foods.

Employees friendly and nicely designed store. Very nicely thought out, and creative layout. Because of all the positives it is quite busy. Parking is a bit of an issue.
