The staff are okay at the Smithers branch but I have not once gone to the cashier and not STARE at the screen because the prices on the tags and whem they ring them NEVER match. I think my bill will be 100$ and it ends up being at least 150$, so then I have to show staff where the tags are, what the prices in the isle say and only afterwards they correct it and I leave the store. It is very frustrating. On a positive note, they have a guy who is either a manager or supervisor and he is always helpful and kind (not everyone is).

Good service. But.. other customers can mind there business and stop dog-fkin around. It's getting old as fk. However, overall: Thank you Sport Check cashier guy, you're awesome. Everytime ?

Good store. Staff are mostly friendly except for one kid (Marek I believe. I heard his name from another staff member) who got me the wrong shoe and was rude after I told him that it wasn't the one I was looking for. He blamed it on me because apparently I "Need to be more clear about what I want" (?) I don't like to feel disrespected by kids after they make a mistake. I tried asking questions to no avail (He didn't seem to know about what he was talking about when it came to shoes) I ended up looking elsewhere for my winter boots. The only explanation I can think of is lack of training? Although I guess you can't train someone to be more friendly.
