Being generous with 2 stars just because it's a cool store. However, just recently I've decided to boycott the because the stupid door bell. If they don't want my business, good riddance. If they want customers, having to "ring for service" is not the way to do it. Will potentially come back IF they remove it.

I had a fantastic experience at The Source, Smithers, when purchasing my Apple Watch. The staff, especially Gurnoor Kaur, were incredibly professional and helpful. Gurnoor went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The manager was also exceptionally kind and helpful. I highly recommend this store for its outstanding service and knowledgeable staff!

Yesterday, I went to source for the Black Friday sale, the store was totally packed but the staff managed it so well, they all were so helpful, specially Gurnoor kaur, she was so detailed oriented with all the products she showed me, she was kind and helpful and of very friendly nature. I loved the experience as I’m tech savvy but that was smooth exper With her.

Hello everyone, im new to smithers and wanted to buy some gadgets for setting up my room, and of course black friday sale was on, my friends recommended me to go to The Source, and i must say, that was wonderful experience, i got what exactly i needed, thanks to Rachel and Gurnoor kaur and all the other staff for the wonderful customer service, highly recommend.

First visit today...they have the door locked, need to be buzzed in, we didn't get buzzed in, another customer let us in.Then we try to get assistance to get a phone, first CSR points out the other CSR.She's very busy; half-hour later we give up waiting.We come back, same story, CSR won't buzz us, and a couple other guys ahead of us in. One of the guys is very annoyed.10 minutes this time to get assistance.What has been happening that a place that was once so friendly and had good service has declined to this new low?On the flip side -- my daughter was handling her new phone purchase on her own, the CSR put her at ease, so I added back a star for that courtesy.

My wife and I Went into the Smithers store Saturday afternoon June 25/22. The store was basically empty, the store rep did not even acknowledge us , made no attempt to see if we needed assistance which we did! The sales rep was apparently too busy on her cell phone . Walked out , won’t be back! WAS going to purchase expensive headphones but I will take my 400 bucks elsewhere from now on .

Today at the source I had the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced by a girl named Raven I think, she was caring, helpful and over all had a good vibe. This girl deserves a raise!

Went in a few months ago to try and get a phone. Stood there for 20 minutes as they tried to verify my ID. They were all expired and I was told I just need to renew my health care card, and then it would work. So, that's what I did. I come back and am told that the health care card is not an accepted form of photo ID. Well.. that's pretty frustrating. Clearly the staff that spent all that time trying to verify my ID had no clue what they were talking about.
