“This entire team puts the NICE in Canadian Nice! My Excursion, with 28' car hauler in tow, died right in front on their shop on a busy Thursday 'rush hour' on Hwy 16. TJ (owner) grabbed his personal truck and within 2 light cycles towed the entire rig out of traffic to a safe spot. The next day he towed the trailer a mile down the road as the tow company could only take the vehicle. The entire crew at OK Tire is as friendly as can be!”
“This is your go-to spot for truck/RV repair. They are no longer at this address but can be found a mile or so away at 3440 19 Ave, Smithers, BC - their new name appears to be Taltow Tires. Same amazing people and service.
Called in the morning to ask if they could check our travel trailer's bearings, and they told us to come right in (everyone else had availability the following week only). They honestly treated us like we were their only customers (even though we weren't). Super attentive, repacked all of our bearings and replaced our brakes which were also shot.
We were in and out in just a few hours. From Jackie at the front desk, to Joy doing the labor, to Sean (owner) assisting hands on every step of the way - everyone was a pleasure and a true professional.
Prices were beyond reasonable with most of the cost going to parts. Would've paid even more had I known how quickly and confidently they would be able to get me back on the road. Go here ? but again, not to this location because this is now a diamond drilling company or something - look up Taltow Tires!!”
