More then once they have run out of medicine. This time they don't call and my time has been wasted. Then insult to injury they have me contact other pharmacies to film the medicine.

They are definitely a lot better than the Shoppers. They always have my prescription in stock, and in the two times they didn't, my medication was delivered the next day. They don't tend to contact customers about when their stuff is ready (which I find a bit of a pain) and they do take a while to get orders ready. But they are so so so much better then other options in Sooke

One of the best pharmacies I've ever had to deal with. Great staff, very helpful and do their own compounding. Got our prescription wrong once, but it was a new team member and they corrected it immediately.

Excellent place to get perscriptions, advice, and shop.
It is a nice, clean store with updated products. Nice seasonal gift selection along with all basic healthcare needs. A few magazines. Best pharmacy services. Not a huge parking lot, but there is parking. Good online flyer.

Such a pleasure dealing with the team here. They handle prescriptions efficiently and are so knowledgeable with any questions asked. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

In the last year I've been in a place where I've needed keep a full box of prescriptions for four different issues. Admittedly keeping on top of them all isn't my best skill.
The staff at the Sooke IDA have time and again been such exceptional help with anything I've had questions about.
Both the pharmacists and techs are easy to communicate with, I have full trust that they have my interest in mind with anything I bring to them.
