“I lost my TD bank card. I deduced to visit a CIBC today to open a new account for convenience, as their location is closer and I regularly need cash withdrawals. Unfortunately, as a new customer, I was left waiting over 15 minutes with minimal communication, despite arriving right at their opening time. Staff were more focused on announcing their early New Year’s Eve closure than assisting me. Frustrated, I walked out and headed to TD to replace my bank card instead.
