I have been coming to this location for years, but most recently I have noticed a change in management. The store is very clean and tidy compared to before and the customer service from the new owner was beyond amazing!! I had such a wonderful experience and all the staff were so knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I have been informed that dog wash has a 45 mins limit when I almost done the washing, which I haven’t been told in other branch of Bosley (I have asked the staff in other store and they didn’t know about the time limit thing)
And if there is a time limit, it will be much better to inform customer before started, so that we can manage the time rather than asking us to leave when we’re not done the drying yet

Really nice staff and the self-service dog baths are a great offering. However the staff seem to choose arbitrary closing times for the baths (today they closed them 30 minutes earlier than usual, making my trip all the way downtown pointless). I will be figuring out a dog wash alternative and not returning to Bosley’s because that inconsistency isn’t acceptable from a customer service standpoint.

My dog is posting this rating. He loves the staff and the treats. He loses his everloving mind when we go there.They carry Fruitables which is the main reason I go to Bosleys over other local shops. I prefer my pockets smell like pumpkin and blueberries instead of salmon or liver. The dog loves them. Thank goodness ? ?
