The staff are awesome, pleasant to deal with, and provide excellent service. They are great people who go the distance and above and beyond, treating customers like family. The staff, including newer members, have turned the place around with their helpful attitudes. They offer reasonable prices and a locals discount for Squamish residents. Employees are known for their kindness and practical help, such as lending tools or jumper cables, assisting with installations, and helping retrieve lost parts. They are reliable for finding specific items, including RV and boat parts. For many, it is a go-to place for parts, providing solid support whether for a simple purchase or during a vehicle breakdown.
These people are great. Very helpful and open everyday except Christmas.

Great people , at least in the Squamish location , went to get an alternator for my Chevy , took it to the mechanic and it turned out it was the wrong one so the mechanic called them and delivered the right one to then and got installed without an issue so the next day I returned the wrong one and had no issues, great service,... read full comment
