The gentleman understood my distress, arrived in less than 30 minutes even though he was about 20 minutes from where I was (still fast despite the fact that I had trouble explaining to him where exactly I was in broken English).

“The Driver went above and beyond for me. Was having issues with the rental company getting a replacement vehicle to me for our return to the airport the following morning. He arranged it (more than the rental company did) picked up the replacement, dropped it off to us and took the broken one back. Thanks again Brent for rhe excellent service. Highly recommend.”
