No supply, not flexibility in returning policy in boots. Customer service guys… marketing text book. If you have a customer that has spent over a thousand bucks in your store, listen to the need and do the best you can to solve it.

I was out from Winnipeg, Manitoba with a MSR XGK stove, it wasn't behaving properly so I brought it by, the dudes here did such an amazing service job in such a timely manner! I highly suggest them to any climber or camper passing through squamish, the service was second to none!

Left my cap at home and popped in to Valhalla en route to our camping trip to get one. The caps seem expensive and there wasn't a large selection of sports caps available. I did get one in the end by Buff which seems very packable.

Great selection of outdoor gear, and all at reasonable prices. Seemed to have a decent sized sale section and they seem to be community minded which is always a plus!

They messed up an online order, and then managed to still not send the correct item a week later. Sent it again in a different colour than I ordered. Would never shop here again.

I was in a pinch and needed a footprint for my tent for a trip last weekend. I placed the order online and they expedited the shipment at no extra charge. Very helpful staff when inquiring about gear either in store or over the phone.

Amazing service and super friendly and helpful staff. The skis and boots rented for touring were top quality and they were flexible with reservation time where possible. I will definitely be back to rent again!
