Great experience! Very flexible to work with our needs and the final price did not exceed the estimate. They came and picked up our car while we were away and it was done when we got back from vacation. Hopefully we won’t need an auto body mechanic in future but if we do, I’d pick these guys!
Side note: they vacuumed the car for us too!

Alder Street Auto Body repaired the rear drivers side door of my vehicle. They replaced the door and blended the color perfectly. My car was detailed beautifully also.
The staff was wonderful to communicate with and prompt with the repair. Then walked me through the steps completed in pick up. The shop was willing to provide repair of additional existing body damage for an extremely reasonable price.
I was provided with a high quality loaner vehicle with brand new winter tires. I felt safe and secure without my car.
I highly recommend Alder street Auto body.

Although they couldn't give me good news, Alder Street Autobody did a first-class examination of the damage to my car and they were also very sympathetic to my 'bad luck'. That meant a lot!

As a detailer of many years in the Okanagan who currently runs a large detail shop I see work from different body shops on almost a daily basis. Most is sub-standard in my opinion. It's a part of my job to identify defects in paint, overspray etc etc... Alder street in my opinion is the only place I would take any vehicle of mine. There's clearly an abundance of pride and great care taken in the work they turn out, my Lincoln came home with a top shelf job done and gleaming like a diamond inside and out ... 10 out of 10!! I had a little problem with a body repair that was done in 2020 and I brought it back; they fixed it as soon as possible. They provided a beautiful loaner car while my car was in the shop and were always professional and straight forward about what they were doing.
