Ice-cream bar at back of store is a great way to break up your road trip..store has gas, staples and sundries. Service is friendly, the ice cream shown is what they call a ‘single’.They allow 2 flavours for a single, and it looks about 12 times bigger than your typical single. If you get ‘baby’ then it’s still huge, but only one flavour. Be scary to see what the triple looks like?!??

The BEST ice cream cones on the planet. A single scoop cone consists of at least 2 cups of your favourite ice cream. The most frozen delight that I have ever seen or consumed for only $6.00. An added bonus is that the staff at the Coop are so very delightful and pleasant.

I have literally been coming here for ice cream for over 40 years. Fantastic food store for all your needs, but the ice cream is why you stop here. Huge sizes for low prices. Best there is. Our MUST stop every time.

If you like ice cream. This is the place to go in Tappen. The servings are massive. One scoop is actually 2 flavors as they fill the bottom of the cone with icecream too and add an enormous scoop on top. They are very generous in their servings.

I work here, Tappen Coop is known as HOME OF THE COLOSSAL CONE, we scoop ice cream, we have liquor, local wines, beer craft beers, the famous TAPPEN VALLEY MEATS, groceries, Post Office, ICE, PROPANE EXCHANGE A TANK, Coffee Counter with snacks from CRAIGS BAKERY outta Chase and Kamloops and staff that are ready to serve you.Hours are 7-7, 7 days a week.

Fill up your tank and your tummy. This is a gas station with a convenience store and ice cream. Head inside the very unassuming store, head to the back, for the biggest ice cream cone around. Totally worth the stop. The cones are huge!
