I needed all four tires replaced for my truck, and they had exactly what I wanted in stock (all weather - winter rated, all terrain), and at a fairly decent price, too. I was able to get an appointment right away over the phone with a very pleasant receptionist, and when I arrived, the staff were so friendly and lovely to deal with. It took less than the two hours they suggested it may take, and I had a nice cup of coffee while I waited in their lounge. Before I knew it, it was ready. I paid, and was on my way.
I am so happy with the tires, as well as their great customer service, which seems to be a struggle for most other tire and automotive shops in town. Well done, Fountain Tire! Thank you.”
