“I had such a wonderful experience at Canadian Tire in Trail a couple of days ago thanks to an employee named Philip. From the moment I asked for help, Philip was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It's rare to come across customer service that leaves such a positive impression, and Philip truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. Canadian Tire is fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Philip, for your outstanding customer service. It definitely did not go unnoticed!”
