Its the most terrible branch to work with. The branch manager, the other service providers, all dont care at all. We had a car loan that we oaid off through check, over payment of 13k, had BM call us asking if she can release the money to checking account and after we said yes, she vanished. No replies from her, nor from the people who were forwarding the email to each other since BM went on her vacation with notification of getting back in 2014 ( guess never updated her emails )
We are STILL WAITING FOR OUR MONEY TO BE TRANSFERRED TO CHECKING ACCOUNT after a freaking more than a month has pass to this.
Such a terrible customer service by managers for not even replying the emails???

Worst customer service ever, they don't care, do not go here!!! Worst place in trail, they will never let you be right EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER IS ALWASY RIGHT!! LEARN SOMETHING BMO!!

I have never had a problem with them the customer service is quite good. Yes there is a line sometimes but there is Noone else there other times so it would not be cost effective for them to hire more tellers also the cost would be passed onto the customers in the end.

Been banking here for a long time. I find they are just mediocre. Never had a large problem with them. Often they don't have enough tellers working so you are waiting in line for awhile. Theirs one lady that has been a teller for at least 10 years but other employees don't stick around it seems. When it came to my investments I see someone new every 1-2 years. Often I find many of them fresh out of school. Once they gain enough experience they seem to move to other branches or find other jobs.

Such a horrible customer service. Have been three times recently and got worst customer service. No one even have clue how to support treat a customer m. Even branch manager does not have any idea and customer care centre have 3 hours long waiting so what a customer can do???Can’t go even less than one star… Never going to suggest this branch to anyone.

Poor service. Went in twice to have property taxes paid. The first time was a new employee who didn't know how and said they would get help and get it done, second time the manager was involved and it STILL was NOT done. Very unimpressed with the service. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

DO NOT BANK HERE!We have the misfortune of having a car loan with this bank. We have purchased 4 new vehicles over the last couple years for our big family. This loan is the only one we have ever had issues with.They made mistakes so the money wasn't coming out of the account so we changed the account being charged after a MONTH of phone tag with 1-3 HOURS on hold every time regardless of what day or time, multiple times being hung up on straight from hold or transferred to a closed department which hung up on us.Finally they told us we had to go into the physical bank to pay them & fix it. Did that, was told that they would only accept cash or cheque. Came back here today with cash & the whole process still was confusing. Two different account numbers, updating my profile with info they already have!? Ugh...If this was the last bank in town, I'd keep my money in a jar. Absolute worst customer service. In person just deadpan & confused. On phone, just plain unhelpful & unqualified. The whole company has been so unprofessional.Next vehicle we will be requesting ANY other bank for our loan. Use at your own risk & massive waste of time.0/10 would not even reccomend to my worst enemy.

I was attempting to solve a minor problem myself through online / telephone banking, and ended up making my problem much worse. Trish (I think that was her name?) Was so kind and helpful! She really calmed me down and solved all my banking issues!

Utterly distraught over the outcome of following an employees advice last week. I have been put in a really difficult situation due to poor advice. It shows how little i can trust a company who is unable to fix horrific mistakes that they have made.
