I recently had a very frustrating experience with the auto department at this Canadian Tire location. I’ve dealt with other Canadian Tire stores before, and this was not the level of service I expected.
Three weeks ago, I ordered car parts and was told I would receive a call when they arrived. However, I never received that call. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. Eventually, I reached out to customer care, who connected me to the in-store wireless department, and finally, an auto agent picked up.
To my surprise, all the parts had arrived, but nobody bothered to notify me. The person I spoke with was also quite unhelpful and seemed a bit odd. Overall, this experience was disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from Canadian Tire. I hope they can improve their communication and service in the future.

One of my worst canadian tire experiences. Barely anything isn't locked up behind glass or a cage, very few employees in sight, which made me reconsider my purchases. Had to wait for a teller and their attitude left much to be desired. Dont know what's up with this store, but it's a major turn off.

Last year I took my vehicle in for a general inspection because I was travelling to Nova Scotia. They ended up replacing my front brakes but the inspection cost was $59. T Today I Did the same thing as I am travelling to Nova Scotia next week and the Inspection came to $269 plus shop fees plus tax equalling over $330. They had it for a total of 35 minutes and this was the charge. When I called them after I got checked last year’s bill, he told me that they did a full BC inspection, which is not what I required, as I just wanted a general inspection, the same as last year. I am very displeased with such an extravagant fee for a 30 minute inspection. I will not be going back to that store and will avoid getting repair work done at Canadian tire in the future
