    No one really delivers the work that is supposed to delivered by the bank, keep postphonding and keep passing the ball. The branch employees' responses are like, clients should do the work of the bank and meet their banking needs. No respect for time or clients.     15 minutes after opening and both tellers were still not ready for customers.And no surprises that she was rude. Standard treatment at this branch.

    Been a CIBC customer since 2 years and I’m so glad about. Not all but most of the staff is friendly, especially the lady Dalace who is always super friendly sweet and always ready to help is my favourite there. Cheers to their good service.
