Clean and well-run facility with plenty of friendly staff and members! The 24/7 FOB access and newer equipment are really nice features, especially in a smaller centre. The only thing missing is a smith machine! :)

My favorite gym in Trail. You can walk around shirtless and no one bothers you. Great environment for heavy lifts you can scream as loud as you want and staff doesn't bother you. Some equipment is worn down but it just makes it feel like home :) Very big gym and they even have 1 unisex washroom.

The equipment is not new, but it's clean, functional, and plenty of activities to suit all training needs. 24/7 access leaves no excuses, and the staff are very helpful.

I visit trail once or twice a year for work and every time I’m here I drop into this gym.All the staff members are extremely accommodating and responsive when I let them know I’m coming to town.Excellent fitness facility for a small town. Will always come back.

This gym offers so much! Two facilities, the one I use has Crossfit, Spin and Yoga, all in one membership! It's pretty amazing for our small town!

Great experience, book your own workout. $60 per month.I use one of the trainers there, completely transformed how i workout for the better now putting on muscle and have a much higher endurance

My husband and I always come to workout at this facility when we visit Trail. Costumer service is fantastic and the facility is always kept clean.10/10 would recommend.
