We met Don working the desk and manning phones on behalf of Robin from Tattersall Automotive. His expertise, knowledge and guidance for a young entrepreneur taking over his previous business is very encouraging. The car sales section which he is now running by himself, looking at inventory, is high quality and is definitely worth stopping in to check out if you are in the area. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

5 stars all day long! Don and his crew are so thorough, with incredible communication and absolutely gems to work with. After 2years of ongoing issues with our BMW and another mechanic we took it to MC Auto. Don and his crew kept us in the loop, step by step and our car is perfect now. We also have a Volvo. And just today I picked it up after a few things were happening. Don walked me through everything in detail, invoice was detailed and so reasonable! I left with a smile on my face and my car is back to new!
1000% recommend this company. We are huge fans and they will forever be our go to guys ☺️ thank you Don and the gang!

I don't often "open my hood to strangers", but Don and the team at MCL have more than proven themselves to be incredibly knowledgeable and committed to earning your trust. Don got me in last minute for a concerning oil leak that ended up being an oil pan drain plug washer issue (from a recent dealership visit). Don and his tech showed me the issue, put my mind at ease, and got it fixed in minutes. Thanks again Don - we'll be seeing you again soon!

Just recently purchased a used 2018 Honda Accord touring from here and it was done very professionally. Don had the right tools to find it, considering the current state in the auto industry, for the right price. With two vehicles previously purchased here and the well-executed services done by him and his team over the years, I would highly recommend this place for your automotive needs.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 BMW X5 35d spring of 2021. Loved the condition and price of the BMW. We made an offer and Don accepted it.(great price) After driving the beemer a little while it had an engine service light come on. It needed some parts and probably close to a full days worth of diagnostic work, r &r and computer upgrades. Don and Lindsay took care of everything in a very professional manner. When all was done the key was handed to us and Don took care of everything at no charge to us. My wife and I have been in the automotive service end for over 20 years(retired now) so we know our stuff. So thanks again to all at MCLauto that worked on and sold us our beemer, we will be back to purchase another BMW when the time comes. So in short, I would recommend purchasing or servicing your beemer at MCL auto.

Wow what service. I was stranded on the side of the road and they were open on a Saturday. They helped me find a tow truck cause all the googled ones didn't work. They got me fixed up within days with all new a/c. I am a tourist who is deeply grateful.Service: A/C installation & repair

We purchased a car and took it to Don for servicing. It was the first time we have used McLachlan Auto. Our drop off time was 8am and when we arrived Don said it would be ready at 10am and they would call. At 10am we got a call saying the car was ready. Don and Lindsay were friendly and helpful and we now have found our new home for car maintenance. Also I was having problems connecting my cell to the car and I returned to McLachlan's and they took the time to help me get it all set up. What better service can one get?Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Purchasing a BMW X5 from this dealership was the worst decision we could have possibly made.Overall the entire experience was terrible. From false mechanical reports, brake problems shortly after purchase, Injector problems shortly there after with zero accountability from the owner/dealership. Dangerously there were also 2 factory recalls on the vehicle that were not disclosed when we drove off the lot and only discovered months later once we took it to a certified mechanic.In our opinion the owner was absolutely miserable, condescending and combative. I would recommend saving yourself a ton of headache, stress and money by purchasing through a certified dealership.If the option for zero stars existed - I would have selected it.
