Got scammed. There was a black Friday sale for bird food and I grabbed a couple bags that was under the label, and they charged me full price and I didn't know until I got my receipt, I wouldn't have bought them if I didn't know they were on sale. They refused to give me a refund even though the bags were clearly under the black Friday sale tags and they said "nothing can be done I can only give you a gift card." Which is incredibly upsetting because money is so short, I just wanted my money back and would still like my money back :(. Please be honest and clear with your deals. I'll delete my review if I can get help getting a refund, gift cards are useless to me as I don't live in the area.

In the past I usually didn't have a good experience at this location. But lately with new staff coming in the services have been a much nicer experience. I will often go to the Castlegar location which has amazing staff working there who are always willing and eager to help beyond what's expected.

My to go pet store for bath food and toys. What seems to be the new owner on the floor ( older gentleman ) very unfriendly and not welcoming for the last few times I have been in . Won’t be coming back .
