Dropped off packages here for purolator etc a few times. Always met with friendly staff. The front door is super hard to open when you have multiple packages as it is a weighted pull door, i'm thankful to the nice folk there who hold the door open for me!

Could not be happier with the customer service provided on all visits to the Trail store. Brought my phone in for repair on a Tuesday, and by Friday the parts were in and my phone was repaired. A+ Service
