We drove from Nelson to trail to find our RV power cord. The front counter people were extremely kind and helpful to ensure we got the right power cord and even some advice on our (acting up) solar lithium system. Their customer service far exceeded our expectations of a simple parts purchase. I wish you were closer to the lower mainland, you would get all our service and repair business for our RV.

I recently purchased a 15 year old rv at Rock Island Rv. They performed an extensive checklist on every part on the trailer and made sure every single component was working. After they completed there check they gave me a 2 year extended warranty on my rv. Shortly after the washer failed and they replaced it with a brand new one. I cannot say enough good things about Rock Island Rv make sure you shop their for all your rv needs.

If I could give a 100 stars, I would! Rock Island RV went above and beyond to help my family and me when we were having trouble with our RV house batteries (no lights, no heat, no water, no fridge). Nolan was able to fit us in their schedule, Rob expertly tracked down the problem, and when new batteries proved hard to locate, Kyle exceeded my expectations and made sure my kids and I drove away with working house batteries in the freezing weather. Thank you Rock Island RV! You are proof there are kind people who are always willing to help.

We had a fantastic experience buying our new trailer from Rock Island. We were passing through town and noticed they had the trailer we were looking for. We stopped in, and had a very low pressure browsing experience. We talked it over for a couple of days and thought we'd reach out to Pat to see what the trade in would be. He came back with an extremely fair valuation and decided to go with it. Pat and his team were able to prep our trailer for the next day. We showed up the next day and the transaction was incredibly smooth, they walked us through the trailer and helped us get the trailer ready to roll out for us.Incredibly glad we crossed paths with them.

This is the kind of business where a handshake is as good as a signed deal. In May of 2021 we purchased a new motorhome over the phone. We live in Manitoba. Pat picked us up at the airport and we were soon on our way home with our new motorhome. We’ve had a couple of minor warranty issues and Rock Island arranged and paid for repairs in our home town. Just good old fashioned customer service! They know how to build relationships!

Rock Island RV... They ROCK!!!Bought a used unit in the fall, sight unseen. I have never bought a vehicle before without physically being able to see it.Being a quite an expense, it was ok but still uncomfortable to rely strickly on the top notch reviews from Google. But the great communication, transparent phone discussions and active email replys from these guys created that trust that they are living up to the reviews.Since we live in eastern Canada and had to drive it cross country, they were kind to keep the unit on their lot until we were able to pick it up in the spring.When we finally got there, they picked us up at the airport, made sure that we were all set and ready for the 4500km trip back home. RV was exactly as described, no bad surprises at all. Their after sale services are above expectation: they managed to remotly find ways, working with me to get a few minor things we noticed that needed attention during our trip back home.This is, by far, one of the most positive experience i've had purchasing something of that value.If it was possible, i would have given 5.5 stars out of 5 without looking back.
