Mary is an absolute ray of sunshine. Not only did she help me find a product I was looking for, she took me to the aisle, found the item and handed it to me directly. Normally I get handed off to different employees that just tell me the aisle to look in as they walk away from me.

The staff here are friendly but vegetables and fruits that they sell are no good.

They were so unfriendly. Front door greeter didn't even greet you, no one in the store would even smile at you, took forever to find someone to ask where something was and they didn't even help the walked away so you couldn't ask and self check out person was wouldn't even say hi or anything stayed very far away from you I couldn't even ask about them about the walmart mastercard.
This is the worst customer service at walmart i have ever had.

Worst managed store I’ve been to with disrespectful and rude management, dont waste your hard earned money on their junk at all if you don’t have to. If you do have to shop here for something use the self checkout if you can and leave a one star rating and don’t turn around till the rating screen disappears cause employees will change it to a 5 star rating behind your back.

Very busy store. Great produce department. Not as great a selection in other store products as Kelowna Super Center which was disappointing very big store. But biger better Walmart then my local Nelson Wal-Mart.

I used to be quite happy shopping with the small handheld baskets. They were easy to handle especially in self-checkout. Those baskets were then replaced with larger baskets on wheels. They were cumbersome to handle in the alleys and especially hard in self-checkout where you had to bend down to retrieve items other bottom of the basket. I see now that those baskets are not available leaving only the large carts for collecting items. They are OK for large shopping lists but are a nuisance when buying only a few small items.

An employee who smelled horrible was right next to me for my entire transaction at the self serve checkout. Once my transaction was done he asked if I wanted to do the review at the end, I said no but he pressed the 5 star anyway. Now every time I go I will be giving it a 1 star.

We went to the boxing day sale with plans to redo our rec room into a gaming room. Trying to get service in the electronic department was a nightmare. The lady Elke that is usually in the electronic department was so rude to any customer that came in to the department. Thank god for a fellow in maybe his early forties with a ponytail, he was so helpful. He seemed to be restocking the area. Elke was stocking shelves near the cash register and I asked to purchase a Nintendo switch, she stated that "someone else had her key and I'd have to find them". it took us about 10 minutes to get someone to open the cabinet, while all the while Elke kept stalking shelves near the register. My grandson wanted to purchase and Samsung watch 6 with his Xmas money and gift cards. while we were picking 3 games to purchase with the Nintendo switch, I mentioned to my grandson that he might want to go get his watch while looking at TV's. There was a younger girl working in the electronics that day as well she was the one I found with the key to the cabinet, she was helping us with TV"s as we wanted to purchase 2 - 55inch for our set-up. You could tell she was fairly new, but she did a great job and got help anyway she could when we had any questions. With the help of the gentleman in the ponytail they found us 2 identical TV's like we wanted and the guy took them up front for us.At this point my grandson came back upset that he could not buy the new smartwatch I said why? He said that Elke told him his gift cards were garbage and threw them across the cashier counter and they couldn't be used. My son got upset and went to Elke and asked "if there was a problem" and his son wanted to purchase the watch. she stated again that she did not have her key to go get it back. No thoughts of calling someone to open the cabinet. We then went to the furniture area as we needed some shelves as well, we loaded the cart with 2 - 4 section cubbies and instantly the nice guy came by (I wish I had gotten his name) He asked if we would like him to take them up front with the TV's and we said yes please thank you very much. My son also purchased a 4 drawer dresser that day as well. The one gentleman had eventually taken all of our purchases up front and we went to customer service to pay for it all.We complained about the terrible service from Elke and the customer service people were so apologetic. They even had the Samsung 6 watch brought to the front an my grandson was able to pay for it with his gift card without any problem at all.In the end we spent $3,000.00 dollars that day. Thank you to the front staff people who took our complaints and seemed to care about our experience that day.If there had been somewhere else to shop we would not have purchased anything that day at Walmart because of terrible customer care from Elke.
