I wish I could give a 0/5. Terrible customer services if you do not buy anything after trying them on. Today around 17:30, a sales with white top, green pants, long hair…….i am glad I did not remember your name. You are the worst sales I have ever seen hahaha wish you all the best.

The Asian girl working this evening June 19th was adamant that the security tag was on the shirt I was about to try on before taking it to the fitting room, as if I was going to shoplift. Maybe you should focus on your cheap-looking tattoos before worrying if I was going to steal a measly $20 shirt. Never going back to this location, full of stuck up snobs, who definitely look like they have no reason to be.

Extremely rude customer service, not single one of them girls working there said hi or offered help, one of the girl came and snatched clothes from my hand even though i told her i am still thinking if i should get them or no, when went to front counter for check out i told same girl my phone number and a wrong name popped up i told her this is not me, she said i have fixed it still managed to send receipt to wrong person. Worst customer service i ever received, wish i can give them 0stars.

I got the best service at this aritizia location on June 04. I made an online order and the clothing didn't work out for me, i decided to make a return in person and was assisted by a lovely lady there who helped me with my return and also helped me with styling advice. I couldn't get her name, but she had the best braided hair and was amazing. Thanks for your help

I don’t usually come to this location I go to the Guilford location where the service is much better. The only reason I came was because the prices sometimes are better. This time in particular, the staff were absolutely obnoxious. As someone who Has Management Experience in Retail store these employees need to be retrained On customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in, and the employees were all huddled up gossiping. The store was a mess and I was only talk to when They asked if I needed a fitting room. I was asked four times if I needed a fitting room by the employees Just shows me they have no communication about which customers They are helping and that they are just desperate for sales. I understand that commission is a big part of their salary, but asking four times If I need a fitting room is absolutely obnoxious. When I went into the fitting room, I could not tell who was actually Designated to help the customers in the fitting room. It was hard to get sizes and it just felt very disorganized. When I came out of the fitting room. There were just groups of employees huddled right in front of it. That probably should have been helping out in the fitting room. This was very irritating as I had been standing there before trying to find someone to get me Different Sizes.

I’ve visited this location many times, like the other reviews say- customer service here isn’t great. Tacky service by arrogant staff and managers. I too would rather pay shipping than to feel judged and like I’m annoying staff and here when I visit. Staff at Aritzia have a bad reputation but I can say there was blonde haired (Curly) tall lady that was super kind and helpful!

I love Aritzias clothes but would rather order online, pay for shipping and wait the extra time for my order. This store makes me really uncomfortable. You can hear the music from the other side of the food court coming from this store. As soon as I walk in I feel I am being judged by staff, which is uninviting and overall reflecting badly on the company. The change room doors are curtains… people constantly walking in on you while your trying stuff on due to there being no type of lock on the doors.

The bigger lady working today (I believe she’s mixed race) was so rude and stuck up. Maybe stop being so stuck up you literally work minimum wage? LOL. Reality check you work at Aritzia not Louis Vuitton or Gucci

Costumer service was not good, they gave me the wrong items when they told me they were going to hold mine. They treated the white family so nice yet they just ignored us.
