Very bad customer service. We went in I don’t remember name of girl( with thin line pencil eyebrow) but she was so rude to us.
I never experienced this type of customer service from anywhere I go.
I left shop with in 1 min.
Will never return.

I asked the staff if the current promotion would be valid past today and they lied and said it was only till Sat when it is going till Mon Oct 28th for in store and online. I am signed up for emails and was able to check. I asked because I wanted to come back the next day.

The perfect place to buy body lotions, body sprays, handsoaps, air fresheners and candles for gifts (or yourself!). New scents change as the seasons does. So yummy! ?

If i talked about the product is really good but the cashier we met at the bath and body works we went on 21st jan in the mall is really full of attitude like it was buy 3 get 3 free and she charge us of 6 products and lately i ask her and she said ya it is buy 3 get 3 free and she was very rude otherwise the sales girl was very nice
