Very disappointed behavior to customers. long clean shave, man. Its behavior is like a mad man. Very cheap and poor quality services provided to customers. long clean shave, man no properly listen to customers, he was not provide 20% extra discount to customer but company send barcode to my mail but he said my store not provide why every one ask again and again. very cheap,he does not listen polite to customers .

Lack of customer service skills, I visited today at this store, I really liked a jacket and was going to buy it. I was waiting in the line while holding my baby. Lady on the cash register told me to go to the other cash register, I waited there 5 minutes but that till was closed where she asked me to go then she called another customer then I asked her where can I go who gonna help me she pointed me to go other side, then I saw there was a gentleman standing too she said he is first you can go after him, while standing there I didn’t see him before. I said to her I am first she said no he is, the gentleman said to me you go first I said to him no no that’s ok you can go if she is saying then she called him and he is gone to her. After dealing with other customer other lady is also done i was waiting for her she gonna call me but she went to garbage bin and slowly start putting garbage and start talking to that girl, they were keep talking and she was keep fixing garbage then a man who is working on the other till also start fixing garbage three of them also talking. I was keep looking and holding my baby it pissed me off what is more important talking for them, then I said who gonna help me can you help me first, the same lady who send me there spoke so rudely to me she said they will help you after seriously is it the way to talk to the customer no sorry no hi nothing. My baby was already so upset I really want that jacket but I left jacket on the counter and walked out. Seriously they really need to learn how to treat customer this is the worst experience i had. I will never go to that store again. For them customer has no importance

Horrible experience. As soon as we entered the store, the cashier there was just staring at us. I mean we are not running away with jacket or something. But you could clearly see the way she was looking at us like we are some thieves. Spoiled whole mood. Seriously you should have a better customer service. If you are serving people and doing a job at least pretend to like it and serve with a smile.

If I could give 0 star, I will. The store manager Tatiyana was super rude, had 0 customer service quality. We wanted to return 1 item from 4 we purchased last week and she got rude to us because we didnt not bring the tote bag (a free item given to us) back. I recommend everyone to ask first as many questions as you can first before purchasing anything from this store, as they do not mention anything themselves to the customers

Went to Tsawwassen mills for the first time in forever and was excited to shop there, the moment we walked into the store the one of the employees was yelling at us to clear the way as they were taking photos for their social media, it was 2pm in the afternoon why are you taking photos??
Later when my mother asked about sizes to another employee she told my mother to ask another person as she was “busy” folding one piece of clothing… when we found the employee she was referencing to, she was busy with another customer…
We waited patiently for her to be done helping other customers in-front of the change rooms with two pairs of pants, she came over and without saying hi, she grabbed the pants from my mothers hands and opened a change room, and without saying anything to my mom that she could reach out to her if she needed help, she went back to talking to the other customers…
The pants were a good fit but due to the lack and appalling customer service we decided to not buy the pants… customers should be treated equally, at least say a simple “hi” and talk to us like human beings, we will definitely not be coming back to this or any calvin klein stores

I recently visited the Calvin Klein store and was disappointed with the service I received regarding trying on a shirt. I was excited to try on a shirt in a particular color that caught my eye, but the staff insisted I try a white shirt instead. I wasn’t allowed to try the specific color I want. I felt my preferences were not taken into consideration, and it left me feeling frustrated. I believe customers should be given the opportunity to try on items they are interested in without being redirected. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving the customer experience in the future.
