This location is purposely misleading customers. The sign clearly states bogo however they strategically place the signs where the shoes are “excluded” ( as seen in the photo) I went into the store and got 2 converse and I asked the staff if its bogo she said yes, then ! When I go to pay the promo when she scanned wouldn’t show up so she called the manger n the manager said it’s not included. I asked for the manger n ofc she’s not avail. I have reported this to the BBB train your staff who don’t even know what shoes applies and stop misleading customers. I wasted my time.

We asked for help , and we waited approximately 20 minutes, and no one came to help . Very bad service

I went in for a return and the assistant manager asked me for a bunch of personal information and didn’t tell the truth about why she was asking. She kept saying that she needed it for a return but then I got an email a few days later saying I had signed up for an account.

I visited this shop with my family to get some shoes and the manager Ms. Lily was very much involved and made sure that we had what we were looking for during our process of finalizing the shoes. When we went to pay for the shoes she went out of the way to help us with the billing and suggested the promotion going on. Me and my family would like to thank the manager Ms. Lily for her help. Although we live in Surrey but will always visit this shop only and only because of the manager Ms. Lily. The management should be proud of Ms. Lily. Thanks again :)

That's my first and, for sure, last experience with them.I went to this store to check a pair of shoes. The sales representative told me it was in stock and ready to be shipped to my house. So, I seized the opportunity and bought the product.After 2 days, I received an email saying that the order was cancelled due to insufficient inventory (?)I called the store and the order desk told me the customer care would process the refund using my CC within 10 days. It has passed 10 days and I didn't receive my refund. Then, I called the store today and (probably) the same lady answered the phone saying that, in fact, I should wait for 10 business days.I am not sure if they have a lack of communication with their suppliers, or they just have a poor way to communicate with their customers. But now, I am still without my shoes and waiting for the freaking refund to be able to pay for a new one.They are quick to receive the payment, but to process the refund is a different story.

Staff at tsawassen was not helpful at all. I saw 3 staff chatting with themselves but not a single one attended us or asked for help. We left and came back againg this time there one girl working at the counter looking at us but again not even willing to attemp to provide help. There was no customers at the store but us. When we asked for help she reminded rudely we have 1 mins to decide as the store is about to close. Date 25/september /2022 at tsawassen. Felt like this store did us a big favour by allowing us to shop. Advice to the store please hire people not rude to customers or else one day soon u will definitely loose customers.

Went to this location to purchase myself slides , when i went to checkout, a employee was doing it's job and helping a customer with their purchases. when it came to my turn the employee was quite nice and was just doing her job. i paid in cash and i think she must've forgot to punch in the amount I gave her. The store manger came and in front of 5-8 customer yelled at her for a silly little mistake that did no harm to anyone. I felt really bad, Meanwhile the manager just yelled at the employee and then walked off.I Don't think this is appropriate in the work environment as Rules & regulations are for everyone , being a manger does not give permission to treat employees differently. even when i was shopping the store manager was easy going & nice with other assistant manger but when it came to the employees the manger was completely different & disrespectful.I have worked retail job in the past , and this is no way to treat your employees even if you are a manager. someone needs to talk to the manager for her to understand that she still works under a company and being a manager does not make you superior. the mangers name tag said her name was Grace (Manager)Its important To make these things known in the work environment and not let managers like these to get away with it , toxic working environment

BE AWARECheck the pricing before buying, if the price on the shelf says $89 when u get to pay its $99 !! They should put the price on the shoes not on the shelf. It's could be a scam on product pricing by saying it was on the wrong shelf!!
