I had an extremely negative experience with the Lindt store at McArthurGlen Outlet Vancouver. It was so bad that my family and closest friends have decided to avoid it entirely in order to prevent any further humiliation. However, since I had a $10 Lindt gift card that I wanted to use, I decided to give the store at Tsawwassen Mill a chance. To my surprise, we received excellent service and were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Leo.As a result, we ended up purchasing over $60 worth of chocolate, and we plan to return in the future. This particular store clearly has exceptional staff and effective management. I'm relieved that we no longer have to stay away from Lindt altogether due to the poor service we encountered at one unfortunate location.

This Lindt Chocolate Store at Tsawwassen Mills Mall is a dream. I'm already planning my next trip back to bring some home to my family. The seasonal flavors are wonderful as well as there say to day flavors like orange, pistachio, maple, coconut, blueberry and so many more. The staff help you by telling how many chocolates you can get on their special and then they gift bag it for you at the till. It's a beautiful store with a wide selection!

$3 for carrying box (just up fro grabs like the plastic bags), or instead we will put it in multiple plastic bags and then but those bags inside a paper carry bag.I thought she was kidding.

Helpful staff! They always have some deals going on; we stopped over briefly on our way back from the ferry terminal.Chocolates are chocolates but they do have some that you don't find in non-lindt stores

Awesome staff! They may be chatting sometimes, but will jump at you to help out as you enter the store. Also, they offer you a lindt milk chocolate truffle upon entry as well! Cheapest to buy here than any other dealer. Now the chocolates itself is top notch. "Irresistibly smooth" just like the ads say?Definitely worth a visit, whether you buy one truffle, or one hundred of them.

0 star for customer service. Short Indian girl needs some manners and teach her to speak politely before hiring in customer service . No need to show attitude towards customers. I would suggest going other locations rather than this. Never ? going there.

My favorite chocolate store in all over B.C. Best chocolate ever. The staff always brings the best flavor for tasting. Guess what they are having 30% off boxing day sale. I love their chocolate and I decided to get a whole bunch this time. Best gifts to add to the Christmas tree.

If this was the day prior, this place would have had a 5 star review. However, I came back the day after with my mom since I had a great experience and this time it was vastly different. The staff was rude. I walked in with my mom and she was trying to decide between a bag or a box. As she was deciding, the staff was pressuring her to hurry up and kept looking at her like she was going to steal something. After this, they kept speaking in a different language while staring my mom down. I felt like it was inappropriate and decided to speak to the manager. The manager didn’t even care at first and just brushed it off.My mom saw one of the staff take a chocolate that fell on the floor and put it back into the bin, which she told them was unsanitary. Again, more dirty looks. At checkout, we again told the manager about everything. This time she seemed more apologetic and gave a little free bag to “make it up”.Horrible experience which ruined my initial impression. They need training and possibly new workers. Very unsatisfied.
