They don't deserve any star.I asked the front girl gas for 20 dollars.When i started filling it went up to 30 dollars when i asked the girl about this she simply replied i punched the card for 30 dollars but checked my bank statement it was 50 dollars.she simply made me fool.IN THIS WHOLE PROCESS SHE KEEP ON SCRATCHING THE LOTTERIES.

Expired stuff got a chocolate milk that was expired in May. And also refused to refund instead told to buy another one.

Bought a few products from here. After paying i noticed my total was much higher than it should have been, when I asked for a receipt, I noticed that one product was over double what was written on the shelf! When I mentioned this he just shrugged and I pointed out the price displayed was less than half what he charged me. It was only then I noticed they had put the wrong sticker in front of the product I purchased. I specifically chose the bigger container as I thought it was only $1 more and I was getting a better deal. When I asked for an exchange or refund the cashier kept just telling me he wouldn’t / couldn’t. This was extremely frustrating as the product had never left his eyeline, let alone the store, and I believe this is the stores fault not mine. I don’t think my friends or I will be coming back here if this is how they treat their own mistakes. Get your gas from the Petro Canada down the street, their service is much better.

So there's never receipts available at the pump, I'm always told maybe there's a jam, but I'm guessing it's a strategy to get you to buy stuff inside the store.
Not a good strategy, just an additional annoyance to customers.

Absolutely horrendous service, I went to put air in my tire, pay for the machine and plug it in to find it is not working. There was no “out of order sign” on the machine so then I choose to go get a refund, little to find out that I cannot get a refund. The employee claimed that they don’t own the machine therefore they cannot give me a refund. I told him that there was no out of order sign so therefore I should be entitled to one and he still refused. Absolute disgrace

Absolute worst gas station I’ve ever been to in my life. The cashier was arrogant, and incredibly rude.
I payed $125 for gas, had the reciept in my hand. The pump never worked and I waited 20 minutes continuously checking my back account and I never got the money back. Cashier told me it wasn’t her problem.

It was the only station open 24 hours. We had to ring a bell and he let us in to use the bathroom when no one else would. We thanked him with all our hearts ❤️
