I’m extremely disappointed with SoftMoc’s customer service. I recently tried to return a pair of shoes that were unworn and clearly within the return policy stated on the receipt. However, the company refused to accept the return, claiming the shoes had been worn—even though they were in the exact condition as when I purchased them. It feels like they just didn’t want to honor their own return policy, which was clearly printed on the receipt. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping with SoftMoc again.

I don’t usually write reviews unless the customer service is either terrible or amazing lol. It was the latter in this case (obv coz it’s gonna be a 5-star review). Found exactly what i wanted, thanks to the amazing staff, especially Navneet who was very polite and respectful. Thanks again for a delightful experience! :)

Today's I went there for shopping. There I bought some pairs of shoes. There I met to very talented and professional staff. IN that time there were NAVNEET, PALAK AND VANEET as a Employee. They were very perfect in their job's. I think she all deserve promotion, because they did guide me very well. I really thanks to VANEET and NAVNEET. because I help with those, I did shopping there. They were very friendly and intelligent. I hope,I will go there again for shopping. Thanks to all staff members.☺️

Visited the Tsawwassen mills location and the store associate vaneet helped me find the perfect shoe and size for myself.

Did not have size and rather than offer to check stock at other locations, staff were content to chat together about things that were more important.

My husband called this location asking whether they had a pair of the “classic crush clog croc” (with the preferred size and color) in stock. The staff member replied yes promptly, so we requested for the pair to be put on hold, then drove 60 minutes to this location.When we arrived, we explained to the staff we had spoken to him earlier about the shoes we asked to be put on hold. He then walked us over to the shelf as to where all the crocs were and showed us the wrong pair… (Clearly not putting them aside). Then continued saying “there are 3 types of those crocs” when specifically asked for a certain pair on the phone when he acknowledged and answered yes.I then showed him online that the pair was showing that it was “in stock” at this location. He replied “they could be missing cause they’re not here”… which would have been pretty good information to give us when we called instead of after the fact, of driving an hour to get here.Anyways if I could rate this experience a 0/5 I would, as I wouldn’t want anyone to waste time, in their day for something that could have been prevented.
