They offer rentals of wetsuits, boards, booties, gloves, and boogie boards with quick, efficient process and well-fitting gear that is newer and in good condition. The shop also has great retail options for purchasing surf-related items like wetsuits, boards, fins, and leashes, plus a small selection of used LPs. Customers love the flexible return options and the bonus of a Tofino location. It is a highly recommended go-to place for a great experience.

In town from California, and rented a board over night. Fred was working during pick up and drop off. He was so positive and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for surf spots and made the experience incredibly easy and fun. Thanks to the surf shop and Fred!

Only place I rent in Tofino/Ucluelet. You can return your gear to either of their shops. Also, they have a huge range of hardtops and don’t charge extra for them (unless you get the performance boards).

Long Beach Surf Shop is my favourite in the entire Tofino & Ukee area. I keep coming back year after year. Charlie and Fred are awesome and always dialled in on helping you level up all aspects of your surfing game. Highly recommended.
