Horrible customer service. She was a older lady, denied microwave access when I came in with cold pizza because” they can only microwave store item” as well as when I paid for gas at the only pump that said “pay inside for gas” and I said “just that far pump with the black truck” which was in clear view of the window, she said “I will need exactly 100% what pump that is” I was kind and respectful during the whole encounter. Also I’m from Canada, I asked what store this was because I have a free pizza coupon for circle K, she babbled more about pizza stuff, probably guessed that I was gonna write this report, and said with attitude. I answered the question for her and mentioned I needed to know for the coupon. She said” circle K is only in the states” with a attitude like I was out of country and it was a bad thing.

Was just here. Stopped because Shell was supposed to be back on Neo, but they seem to have our Neo cards blocked here and don't show up on their app either. Bathroom was a disaster. In hindsight we should have just turned left to go to Petro where gas was cheaper.

Attention owner; Shamefully unclean. Witnessed staff use washroom and not wash hands, washroom had no soap in dispenser and was filthy. Staff laughed at me when I notified them of the soap issue. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Sign on the door says "if you're wearing a mask I assume you're here to rob me". Which points to a customer complaint of the same sign. Embarrassing since we just came out of a global pandemic. If someone wants to protect themselves from the small minded mouth breathers behind the till they get hassled.

We had made a point to stop at this gas station every time we go through Valemount because the subway is amazing however I would not go to Shell here again!! the Shell station is absolutely disgusting. Their washrooms are some of the worst washrooms I’ve ever seen they are never clean and they never have paper towel to dry in the ladies washroom. When they were approached they were very ignorant and said that they did not have to supply paper towel for people and to go somewhere else. I would suggest you go somewhere else management and staff were horrible. Subway staff were amazing but do not take care of the washroom!

I am working in Valemount delivering stuff and stopped here for lunch.Man behind counter wouldn't let me use the microwave to heat up my lunch even if I bought something else.This doesn't seem to be an issue at the shell down the highway in Clearwater, or any of the other towns I stop in the BC interior.

Awesome rest stop with septic dump station for us travel trailer folks. Very friendly helpful staff with great selection, perfect halfway stop if traveling from Edmonton to Vancouver. I highly recommend this Shell station.

I've been in here twice recently, sign on the door says "masks have to be worn". On both occasions, the lady behind the counter had her's around the chin!

Nice Shell station with a Subway restaurant. The station is easily accessible from the main highway. Lots of pumps. There are washroom facilities available here that are clean. The store is clean and well lit. I did not interact with any staff so no comment there. I always use the app on my smart phone to electronically start the pump and pay.

Pump certificates expired 8 months ago.No one displays their gas prices, all the same inflated price; obvious market collusion.

We stopped and filled up our vehicle here. My husband went in to use the washroom. The guy behind the counter was an jerk and actually yelled at my husband because he walked towards the wrong door. SIGNS would help!!.. we will never stop here again
