We went to this 7-11 branch late at night (early morning) and were greeted by a very kind cashier named Shakil. He was friendly, smiling, and answered our questions in a helpful way. I understand how challenging midnight shifts can be, so I really appreciate this kind of positive attitude.

Very poor service and unprofessional. We used to go here . They will cheat the snack and candy prices of the costumer. We went to buy candies at 10 pm for my kid. We were about to purchase a $1.79 candy and it came up as $4.80. These two Indian workers (one lady 30's and older man) . The Indian lady who rang up the candy was accusing us with her condescending loud voice that we did not read the price sign. "DID YOU GUYS READ THE PRICE! " infront of my 5 years old daughter. We showed her and proved her wrong. She didn't apologize and left us. We decided not to get the candy AND DID NOT BOTHER TO DEAL HER ATTITUDE. "Why the Indian lady was so mad" - My kid asked us when we drove home. It sad that these workers would take advantage or cheat on the prices. Also, they are very rude. Please , IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

There’s an old lady there who wouldn’t listen when we were trying to pay for food. Later, she saw that the nacho sauce station had a stain which she told us to clean. Not recommended to go!

Alright for the most part. Except for this one time, when I needed the washroom. I entered the washroom urgently and it was BAD stinky... Like.. almost made me projectile puke! I didn't/couldn't use the washroom and ran, gagging, in the parking lot, I gasped for clean air. It at that moment made sense to me finally why the clerks grinned when I asked for the key. ??

We had gone there to get coffee, and when I tried to pour the hazelnut cream in it, we realized that the hazelnut cream was probably spoiled. We immediately informed the manager of the store to prevent the poisoning of the others, but at first he did not agree and we tried to convince him, and he also said that he will collect the hazelnut cream. I hope the manager of this store is more careful in monitoring because milk poisoning can be very dangerous.
