Not enough change rooms. No hooks in rooms. Holes in the walls. Uninterested and unhelpful staff. This place needs a total makeover. These people couldn’t run a two car parade.

Overall unimpressed with my experience in store. I came in to try on a few tops and jeans. Was not greeted and couldn't find the sizes I wanted in each but couldn't find a staff member to help. Then was waiting to try on (still not having sizes in other things I wanted) and there was no one to unlock a fitting room for me. Ended up walking into one once someone else finished. Came out and there was a team member there, who said nothing to me. I asked for a size (finally) and was asked if I'd checked on the rail, I had. She told me to come with her to cash and she'd check, so I follow her and when I get to cash she proceeds to serve other customers instead! Another colleague ends up serving me, I ask for the size, she says what's out is out but she can do an order for me. I expect better customer service and friendliness for this price point.
Having shopped a fair bit at Abercrombie in the UK I've had some really great experiences there, so this was disappointing. Chose to order my tops online myself whereas I usually prefer to order in store if I can as I know retail can be tough and want to support in store shopping as much as I can. But there was no redeeming aspects of the customer service I received in store today.
1 positive is the sale jeans were easy to shop and see sizes/ styles. But overall size availability was poor, look at items and all that is in stock is XS & XL! This I know is out of the teams control but frustrating as a customer regardless.

Ridiculous company. Can’t even process a refund and the agents copy and paste the same answers. Never purchasing from them again.

I would give negative stars if I could.
I went to the store within the 30-day window to return the items I didn't want and requested a refund. Instead, it was put onto a gift card. I asked the staff member to correct this because I wanted a refund, not store credit. He said it was "out of his hands," and another employee came over. With a snooty and defiant attitude, he told me I couldn't switch the gift card to cash and to just take it and go. I showed him the receipts, shipping confirmation, all the items in mint condition with tags on, dates to prove that I'm within the 30 day window + the return policy stated on the website, and he flat-out said "no."
I asked if there was a manager I could discuss this with and he straightened his back and folded his arms and said, "I am the manager." He said I could take my little problem to customer support. So I sighed and asked for his name and went off on me saying that he doesn't have to give me his name.
At this point, I was exasperated this such an appalling experience so I took the gift card and left. It was really weird how sarcastically calm yet angry he was up until the end. Whatever his problem is, this guy needs therapy. The saddest part is, this happened a year ago and I still never bought anything from Abercrombie and this is all I think about when I encounter this brand.

The store was a mess they have little to no sizes unless you are a size 00-2 as well as no selection not to mention the staff isn’t helpful nor friendly if your going to shop here do so online

Upset that Google and Apple maps AND the stores own website said it was open at 10am on Sunday and here I am sitting outside a closed store at 10:20 am

I used to like coming here but now it feels like a store that's about to close. Zero effort. The mannequins outside were poorly dressed, the clothes hadn't even been steamed and the mannequins themself were dirty! Then when I went to try things on, the floors of the fitting room were filthy and the rooms were so dark (to hide the floors?)! Lastly the staff just...disappeared! I stood outside where I was visible for ten minutes to ask for a different size and everyone just avoided me. I had to send my husband! Don't know what's happened here but I expect it to be gone soon. Too bad as I like their petite sizes and linen/cotton products.

The staff is horrible. Associate named kamal is super rude and doesn’t have decent tone to talk to customers. Should be trained for basic customer service.
