Apple Store here didn’t have the latest apple devices in stock. Which when you want to spend your money is a bit annoying. Only in Vancouver for a few days and heading out to go inland, where there isn’t any apple stores. The staff were nice but it is frustrating!

Amazing customer service experience. My issue with my earbuds was listened to, and is being fixed at the moment. The Genius advisor also noted an additional issue with my account and offered to help fix it. I appreciate the initiative here!

I urgently had to purchase an iPhone and went to this centre at PC, it was crazy busy and had to wait at least half hour for someone to serve us. Nevertheless, got what we wanted and had help from Bestie to retrieve my Apple ID and she was so patient, my wife and I are very pleased with her service. Excellent I would say :) 10 stars for her... Thank you!

Personally never write reviews unless service really gets to my nerves. This was an example of such an instance: I get having a busy store but considering the amount of employees they have, nobody should have to wait that long to get help. I went up to a good 7 employees and was told to wait at a station and they’ll find someone for me (they never came). One employee even said they were avoiding eye contact with customers so they wouldn’t have to help anyone ???

My recent trip to the Apple Store in Vancouver was quite disappointing. The sales associate, Evelyn, I dealt with seemed more interested in pushing their financing plan than in helping me find the right phone.I found it hard to communicate with her due to her long nails, which made tapping on the device screen clumsy and noisy. It's important to have staff who can engage effectively with customers. Also, she lacks common sense as I had to ask to give a bag for my purchase. Absolutely ridiculous.Overall, I don't even think sales associate with RED long nails should be working at an Apple Store, where profession matters.

This review is for the Genius bar - service department:Few months ago I had my iPhone serviced ( battery replacement) after waiting for an hour, I was told that during the replacement process the screen has cracked and they need to change that as well - free of charge of course. After some time , I noticed my phone got water damaged. Obviously it is not covered by apple under any circumstances. After losing hope on apple service, I managed to open the screen open then I found out the original seal was never cleaned before installing the new screen. So that was the main cause of the water leak.I did not expect such negligence to happen at official apple service centre.

Why are dogs inside this store? I’m not referring to an Emotional Service Animal. But those are very questionable too. My kiddo has ASD, my child’s emotional needs are that there be NO dogs. My child has a right to be in the store and have his emotional needs met, just like a person with anxiety bringing in Emotional Support Animal. But we saw 4 dogs today in the Apple store downtown. ( no vests/not ESA, not actual service dogs). I don’t understand why people with dogs are allowed inside stores. Dogs can cause harm. People have allergies and phobias. Meanwhile people are bringing their dogs inside for pure convenience. When I raised this with the manager, she said sympathized because she was scared of dog as a child; she was bitten by a dog. She didn’t know what to do. She didn’t want to infringe on the other customer’s dogs rights! ( her words!) Please remember being inclusive means everyone ( human), can access services equally. It’s not a term for dogs. Apple needs to bring in strict policies. Everyone needs to feel safe in their store. Perhaps, if people want to shop with dogs they can come during designated times, just before cleaning crews. This would help eliminate dog hair that cause allergies. No one should have to tolerate a dog if they can’t.

Apple Pacific Centre used to be hidden inside the CF Pacific Centre Mall, but recently moved to a corner location in the mall and now it has a prominent exterior presence.Architecturally it looks stunning, especially at night. Apple chose well and executed a very creative design in a brilliant location. The store gets a lot of sun and the view is great through the massive front windows. All the wood tones throughout the two level space compliment the sunshine and give everything a warm glow. It’s an Apple store so the design is both elegant and simple…which I love. The second floor seems dedicated more to education and experience, than sales. It has a seating area and a front bench that faces the giant windows where you can enjoy the amazing view. The staff encouraged me to check it out, as I waited for my new iPhone 14 Pro to transfer data from the iCloud. Which was a great way to pass the time.A stairway leads to the upper level and this pathway is quite stunning with the minimalist design and the roof top skylight windows. It’s powerful because the lines are so clean. As you climb the stairs it feels like you might be exploring an Egyptian Pyramid, or perhaps a cathedral. It gave me a feeling of reverence, which I assume, was the intent of the design.I think you have to be both a photographer and philosophical by nature in order to appreciate the “Apple Nuance.” An Apple Store is not a Dollar Store where the focus is on saving space and money. Apple Stores are about experiencing a product, not buying it.The pictures I included here are from a single visit to the Pacific Centre store in June. Where I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro. I’ve taken a lot of pictures of the store exterior, in the past, but haven’t shot the interior at all. I could have spent much longer shooting the interior, but I didn't want to wear out my welcome. When I bought the iPhone 14 Pro, I traded in my older iPhone 8 and iPhone 13 Mini. Which was nice because I hate selling anything on Craigs List. The Apple staff helped me transfer my data from the old phone to the new one and set it up. That part was all good. No complaints there, Apple staff have always been patient and helpful. I love phone cameras but I don't like all the other apps on the phone, or iCloud issues and the set-up process.I like this new Apple store for the same reason I liked the old Apple store. Because the products and services are still the same. I've bought many items at this store and always had a positive experience. Presentation is important but the products and services have to be good, or all is lost. However, I was hoping that maybe the new iPhone 14 Pro would be even better than the iPhone 14 Plus I still have, and still shoot. But unfortunately nothing has changed. iPhones have great video but the photos suck. I thought the iPhone 14 Pro would be a game changer for photography with the addition of Apple ProRaw. But alas, no luck.My Google Pixel 6 & 7 make better photos than the iPhone 14 Pro. Especially for people pictures. Google Pixel colors, especially with skin tones, are the best. The photos I included here were taken with both the iPhone 14 Pro and the Google Pixel 6. You probably can’t spot the difference, but I can. The Google Pixel photos look better to my eye, and the camera is more fun to shoot.Keep in mind that I’m also an extremely fussy artist who has never made money with their images. I’m not a pro. I will hang on to the 14 Pro because the video is much better than the Pixel cameras. In addition, the Apple IOS is solid as a rock. The hardware build is also solid. iPhones are very dependable and reliable phones and this is very important in the long run. Also, if you have access to amazing subject matter, then the technical quality of your photos is not important. Story and character will always rule…and iPhones will always get the job done. You can count on it.

As an apple user with all Apple devices, I have to say going to this store to get help with bad aiprods was the worst experience ever. The customer service of some employees especially Anmita leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Rude, condescending and everything customer service isn't supposed to be.Save yourself some stress and visit a different store

Spacious new 2 story Apple Store in the heart of downtown vancouver. Friendly & helpful staff. Fast service.-1 star because: Street parking can be hard to find and underground pacific centre parking is on the more expensive side.

Finally having a legit Apple Store in dt. It is a really pretty place with an iconic stairs. (Definitely a good place for insta photos?). There are spots to sit upstairs and to recharge phones as well.

Not an Apple person but I came with a friend. Beautiful and huge Apple store. The service was okay but what killed the experience is the nonfunctioning payment devices - she had to keep tapping it aggressively against the counter because the screen would flicker constantly and actually ended up using a coworker's. Also, they just let a homeless man in here to watch the NBAs or something on YouTube. Terrible body odour and loud. The security guards did absolutely nothing.

One of the most prolific malls in Vancouver, Apple Pacific Centre provides gourmet collection of apparels & eating facilities, drawing an unavoidable attraction of buyers to the market undoubtedly.
