I’ve been living here for almost two years now and have genuinely enjoyed my stay. The management team has always been responsive and approachable, and I’ve consistently felt well-supported as a resident.
The Aquilini service team, in particular, has been fantastic. Every time I’ve had a maintenance request, they’ve responded quickly and carried out the work with professionalism and care. The technicians are respectful, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.

Really great location for those who want to be in downtown Vancouver! It’s right by the stadium so most units offer incredible views of the city and the sparkle of the stadium lights.
Building management staff are super friendly and organized and are very quick to respond to inquiries and maintenance requests. Most tenants are referred into the building by an existing resident so it feels safer. There’s also a lot of security in the building and in the area when there are concerts.
The building manager is super responsive and is quick to lend a helping hand. He also always follows up after work is done to make sure all appliances are working smoothly. On average all my service requests are completed within 24 hours with necessary follow ups scheduled. Im a very happy tenant!
The only thing is it can get a little noisy in the area due to the BC place and Roger’s arena crowd so if that’s not for you , then the building might not be a good fit.

False fire alarms 2 times a month at 4am. 80% of the time a single elevator is working only. 2brs have AC that howls like 747s, if it's turned off during showings now you know why. Plumbing is done very cheaply, adjacent units can hear you shower. Custom ear plugs is a must in this building.

Location is 10/10. Vancouver's top restaurants and entertainment facilities just steps away in every direction. New modern building built to withstand a major earthquake. Current management is responsive and very efficient. Only issue is visitor parking. Overall an amazing living experience!

I lived here two years. Great place, everything you need is around. Quiet place comparing to the rest of downtown. New management is responsive. Waiting empty elevator can be annoying but it’s because of covid rules.Moving out was a bit of pain. Keep the walls untouched until you want to repaint them. Overall pricy but high standard condos.

Lived here for over 5 years. Really enjoyed our suite and having storage on the same floor which was very convenient. The views were great and really close to a lot of things including the seawall. Management was usually pretty fair and the move out process was straight forward. The gym was pretty decent for a condo. The main downsides of the building are the elevators and visitor parking. The elevators seemed to break down often however that might not be exclusive to this building only. To be fair, it seemed to get better over the years too. The visitor parking situation was annoying unless you planned a week in advance. You had to request the pass at least 1 week out and usually you'd get it (not always) but for someone popping by, they'd have to park elsewhere like the Costco.

I lived here for 3.5 years. In that time management became significantly more responsive and helpful.Issues were generally resolved quickly. The suite was a great size, had an amazing view, and was to a good standard. The main negative is the elevators, they are not infrequently out of service (every couple of months probably). I have heard this is a big issue in many downtown high rises.Move out was pretty well organized - despite the challenges of parking a removal truck on Griffiths Way.
