Worst customer service experience ever! Purchased items online for my daughter and came to return in-store and they wouldn’t accept my online order receipt. Told me to call their customer service line and then come back with authorization for the return. What?!?! This not only is a major hassle but doesn’t even make any sense.

The manager was so rude and loud. Their customer service is awful. I am surprised this location is still open. I always go to the downtown or Metrotown location instead. I regret going here

Not the best quality clothing but trendy. Customer service is good except for the older lady. She lacks all customer service skills. Not pleasant not helpful.

Customer service is lacking. Like to discriminate while people are spending money there. Low class woman working at this Location, should show people respect and dignity, especially when there paying customers. I can just see that older caucasian lady with the curly hair and glasses completely making judgments because of my ethnicity, like how many times do we gotta go through this on reviews and hear about these things and nothing is being done! Shame on her and this sad little store lol ,funny but not funny! Grow up lady

I love this store for their accessories! There's usually a deal "buy 3 items for 10$" and they have a huge selection of women's shoes, sandals, boots, slippers, slide ons, slides, sneakers ...you name it!
