“I have always had the most wonderful experience shopping at this funky little store at 3126 main street., Urban Source
is a store that is filled with whatever you need to get your creative juices flowing. It's also fun just to hang-out and look at all the great stuff. Things in baskets, and boxes, trinkets and beads and all kinds of things all around the store. You will feel like a kid again I guarantee it, the staff are so wonderful and eager to find whatever you may be looking for.
Every year Women Helping Women puts out the call for donations for children's gifts at local shops throughout the
city and once again Melanie has come through.
Women Helping Women is still going strong in part because of the support of small companies such as Urban Source.

“The customer service is absolutely fantastic, will keep on coming back. I was missing a piece of glass for my frame and I didn’t realize it until 3 months later. The store checked my invoice from their computer as I didn’t have my receipt anymore, and decided they will give me a free one even though I am willing to pay for new glass. But the staff were genuinely nice and friendly and so easy to talk to. That’s service. I left with such a joy and it made my day!”

“It will be confusing five stars but frustrated - let me explain)) Luckily I forgot most of my money at home when I camer here i knew otherwise I’d spend much more here. Cos tbh this store has an amazing selection of inks and pens you can try and buy little samples of. The staff is very nice and knowledgeble too, even the custiomers!! Made a friend here)) Shared weird hobbies..BUT!!! OUT OF ALL THE THINGS i bought only one 3$ sample ink worked for me. Other two inks to not perform as claimed and are just MESS (octopus fluids fyi) and Pilot PREPPY i got here - 10 4 wasted on biggest selfrorture - i can’t neither throw it away cos it’s pilot and pink ink, trying to make it work..At the same time it NEVER actually flows properly, so if u like me r on ND side of the spectrum - u gonna forget it doesn’t work and spend hours writing it to flow with frustration - JUST DON’T. Overall, i don’t think I’ll be back very often - it took me 2,5 h to get there and back from home - AND THEY SOLD ME ONLY 3 TINY INKS!!! That’s what I came for, inks!!! And they just wouldn’t sell a single drop more…Like I’m gonna open my store next door with those 10 ml…Sad. SAD. If ur parents are rich - this is YOUR STORE.”

“Excellent customer service. I went here after seeing that they had some deer charms on clearance on their website. I couldn't find them when browsing the store, and when I asked the staff told me they were put away due to being seasonal Christmas items (it's February for reference). I was expecting to leave the store empty handed, but much to my surprise they happily went through their storage took the charms out for me! All in all a great experience. It's a very cute shop too! They have TONS of adorable charms and beads at reasonable prices, I definitely recommend checking this place out.”
